New Hampshire High School Softball - Conant nudges Mascenic Regional
May 11, 2024: Jaffrey, NH 03452 Conant Orioles (Jaffrey, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Mascenic Regional Vikings (New Ipswich, NH), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Orioles now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winnisquam for a Division III challenge on Monday, May 13. Conant will battle a Bears squad coming off a 3-2 league win over White Mountains (Whitefield, NH). The Bears record now stands at 3-8.
With the loss, Mascenic Regional falls to 8-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Farmington (Farmington, NH) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 13. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-8. Farmington lost 31-5 in their recent league challenge against Hinsdale (Hinsdale, NH)
