May 11, 2024: Minneapolis, MN 55418 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN) and the visiting John Marshall Rockets (Rochester, MN), saw St. Anthony Village's softball squad achieve victory over John Marshall by a count of 15-2.
The Huskies now sport a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Centennial for a non-league match on Monday, May 13. St. Anthony Village will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Brainerd (Brainerd, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 8-11.
With the loss, John Marshall falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Rockets host Mayo (Rochester, MN) to face the Spartans in a Big 9 match on Monday, May 13. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 5-12. Mayo won 3-2 in their recent league match against Century (Rochester, MN)
