The Santa Rosa Academy Rangers (Menifee, CA) basketball crushed the host Temecula Prep Patriots (Winchester, CA), 74-34 in Wednesday's league test.

The Rangers (4-0) will now prepare for their test against California Military Institute (Perris, CA). The Rough Riders go into the South Valley test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, California Military Institute was trounced by California Lutheran (Wildomar, CA), 61-56, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host San Jacinto Valley Academy for a South Valley test on Friday, May 14. Temecula Prep will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 60-26 league loss to Santa Rosa Academy (Menifee, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 0-2.
