Illinois High School Softball - Libertyville loses to Marengo
May 12, 2021: Libertyville, IL 60048 The Marengo Indians softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Libertyville Wildcats to 1 in the Indians non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Marengo improves its record to 9-10 on the year. The Indians travel to Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL) to clash with the Rockets in a Kishwaukee River game on Monday, May 17. The Rockets come into the game with a record of 12-1. Richmond-Burton won 10-0 in their recent league game against Woodstock (Woodstock, IL)
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Waukegan Bulldogs (Waukegan, IL) in a North Suburban game, on Monday, May 17. Libertyville will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record.
