May 12, 2023: Franklin, MA 02038 Franklin Panthers (Franklin, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Taunton Tigers (Taunton, MA), 7-4 in a league test.
With the win, Franklin upgrades its record to 15-0 on the season. The Panthers host North Attleborough (North Attleborough, MA) to battle the Rocketeers in a Hockomock - Kelley-Rex test on Tuesday, May 16. The Rocketeers come into the test with a record of 7-8.
With the defeat, Taunton falls to 11-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league battle on Monday, May 15.
