West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Midland Mustangs (Pleasant Plains, AR), 15-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Side upgrades its record to 20-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Mount Ida (Mount Ida, AR) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, May 13. The Lions come into the test with a record of 15-8. Mount Ida won 11-1 in their recent non-league test against County Line (Branch, AR)

With the defeat, Midland falls to 16-11 on the season.
