Lynnfield Pioneers (Lynnfield, MA) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Bishop Fenwick Crusaders (Peabody, MA), 9-8 in a non-league battle.

The Pioneers now have a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Triton Regional for a Cape Ann battle on Monday, May 15.

In their next game, the Crusaders clash with the Bishop Feehan Shamrocks (Attleboro, MA) in a Catholic Central battle, on Saturday, May 13. Bishop Fenwick will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Shamrocks come into the battle with a 8-7 record after their 13-7 non-league win over Foxborough (Foxborough, MA).
