Arkansas High School Softball - Bauxite nudges Farmington
May 12, 2023: Farmington, AR 72730 Bauxite Miners (Bauxite, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Farmington Cardinals (Farmington, AR), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Miners now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gravette for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 13. Bauxite will face a Lions squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Nashville (Nashville, AR). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Farmington falls to 2-1 on the campaign.
