May 12, 2023: Uniontown, OH 44685 Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting GlenOak Golden Eagles (Canton, OH), 3-0 in a league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 16-1 record. They take the field next when they host Perry for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 15. Green will face a Panthers squad coming off a 4-0 league loss to Hoover (North Canton, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 6-9.
With the loss, GlenOak falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to McKinley (Canton, OH) to face the Bulldogs in a Federal challenge on Saturday, May 13. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 1-11. McKinley lost 11-0 in their recent league challenge against Jackson (Massillon, OH)
