The crowd at Friday's league match between the St. Mary's Lancers (Lancaster, NY) and the host Nichols Vikings (Buffalo, NY), observed St. Mary's's softball team thwart Nichols by a margin of 15-3.

With the triumph, St. Mary's moves its record to 11-3 on the year. The Lancers travel to Schuylerville (Schuylerville, NY) to play the Horses in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 13.
