May 12, 2025: Flemington, NJ 08822 The Hunterdon Central Red Devils baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Bayonne Bees to 1 in the Red Devils non-league win on Monday.
The Red Devils now own a 16-5 record. They take the field next when they host North Hunterdon for a Skyland - Delaware test on Wednesday, May 14. Hunterdon Central will clash with a Lions team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 12-11.
With the defeat, Bayonne drops to 11-9 on the year. The Bees host Memorial (West New York, NJ) to clash with the Tigers in a HCIAL - American test on Tuesday, May 13. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 10-8. Memorial lost 7-3 in their recent league test against Bayonne (Bayonne, NJ)
