In Monday's non-league bout, the Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN) baseball squad edged the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), by a tally of 10-9.

Next up, the Blue Devils encounter the Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN) in a Hoosier bout, on Tuesday, May 13. Tipton will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 16-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN).
