May 12, 2025: Sioux City, IA 51105 Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders (Sioux City, IA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA), 9-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Bishop Heelan Catholic moves its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, May 15. The Titans come into the test with a record of 14-3. Lewis Central won 6-0 in their recent league test against Harlan (Harlan, IA)
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they host Storm Lake for a non-league test on Thursday, May 15. Le Mars will clash with a Tornadoes team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Western Christian (Hull, IA). The Tornadoes record now stands at 8-5.
