Minnesota High School Softball - Caledonia bounces Winona
May 12, 2025: Caledonia, MN 55921 In Monday's non-league match, the host Caledonia Warriors softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Winona Winhawks.
The Warriors (15-3) will now prepare for their match against La Crescent (La Crescent, MN). The Lancers come into the Minneapolis City match with a 12-4 record. In their last match, La Crescent was routed by Randolph (Randolph, MN), 7-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Winhawks confront the Mankato West Scarlets (Mankato, MN) in a Big 9 match, on Tuesday, May 13. Winona will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Scarlets come into the match with a 13-4 record after their 4-3 league loss to Owatonna (Owatonna, MN).
