Ohio High School Softball - Lake bounces Rossford
May 12, 2025: Rossford, OH 43460 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Lake Flyers (Millbury, OH) and the host Rossford Bulldogs (Rossford, OH), observed Lake's softball team get by Rossford by a tally of 7-2.
The Flyers (20-2) will now prepare for their bout against Fostoria (Fostoria, OH). The Redmen go into the Northern Buckeye bout with a 2-18 record. In their last bout, Fostoria was routed by Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH), 8-7, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Perkins Pirates (Sandusky, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 13. Rossford will attempt to advance on its 5-12 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 9-13 record after their 16-2 non-league loss to Edison (Milan, OH).
