Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN) and the host Speedway Sparkplugs (Speedway, IN), saw Cascade's baseball squad knock off Speedway by a count of 9-0.

Coming up next, the Cadets play the Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter Raiders (Indianapolis, IN) in a Indiana Crossroads battle, on Tuesday, May 16. Cascade will attempt to move on its 15-5 season record. The Raiders enter the battle with a 9-12 record after their 9-5 non-league loss to Pike (Indianapolis, IN).
