The Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs baseball team (Franklin, IN), was overwhelmed 14-2 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN)

The Trojans now hold a 21-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Zionsville for a non-league outing on Monday, May 15. Center Grove will confront a Eagles team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Franklin Community (Franklin, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 16-8.

Next, the Grizzly Cubs confront the Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) in a Mid-State outing, on Tuesday, May 16. Franklin Community will attempt to advance on its 11-13 season record. The Hawks go into the outing with a 10-9 record after their 10-6 league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, IN).
