In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Sundown Roughnecks (Sundown, TX) baseball squad the visiting Clarendon Broncos (Clarendon, TX), by a final score of 12-8.

With the win, Sundown upgrades its record to 17-6 on the season. The Roughnecks travel to Ropes (Ropesville, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 20.
