In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Lincolnwood Lancers (Raymond, IL) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Lanphier Lions (Springfield, IL), by a final score of 11-0.

With the win, Lincolnwood upgrades its record to 13-15 on the season.

With the defeat, Lanphier falls to 2-18 on the season. The Lions travel to MacArthur (Decatur, IL) to battle the Generals in a Central State Eight challenge on Tuesday, May 16. The Generals come into the challenge with a record of 2-23. MacArthur lost 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Rantoul (Rantoul, IL)
