The Cascade Cadets softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Franklin County Wildcats to 5 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Cascade moves its record to 20-3 on the year. The Cadets travel to Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN) to clash with the Royals in a non-league game on Saturday, May 13. The Royals come into the game with a record of 16-4. Eastern Hancock won 18-0 in their recent non-league game against Franklin County (Brookville, IN)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Greensburg Pirates (Greensburg, IN) in a Eastern Indiana game, on Thursday, May 18. Franklin County will attempt to move on its 15-12 season record.
