Illinois High School Softball - Hinsdale Central loses to Sandburg
May 13, 2023: Hinsdale, IL 60521 The Sandburg Eagles softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Hinsdale Central Red Devils to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Sandburg moves its record to 9-17 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to clash with the Griffins in a SouthWest Suburban game on Tuesday, May 16. The Griffins come into the game with a record of 22-4. Lincoln-Way East won 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Whitney Young (Chicago, IL)
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 15. Hinsdale Central will attempt to move on its 9-12 season record. The Blazers come into the game with a 16-7 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Naperville North (Naperville, IL).
