Illinois High School Softball - Morton topped by Normal University
May 13, 2023: Morton, IL 61550 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Normal University Pioneers (Normal, IL) softball team overwhelmed the host Morton Potters (Morton, IL), by a margin of 15-0.
With the triumph, Normal University moves its record to 28-6 on the year. The Pioneers host Clinton (Clinton, IL) to play the Maroons in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 16. The Maroons come into the contest with a record of 9-20. Clinton won 6-4 in their recent non-league contest against Monticello (Monticello, IL)
