In Monday's non-league challenge, the Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH) baseball squad triumphed over the host Solon Comets (Solon, OH), by a final score of 11-3.

With the win, Riverside upgrades its record to 11-8 on the season. The Beavers travel to Ellet (Akron, OH) to battle the Orangemen in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 14. The Orangemen come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Ellet lost 8-4 in their recent non-league game against Ravenna (Ravenna, OH)
