With the win, Joel Barlow improves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Falcons travel to Newtown (Newtown, CT) to meet the Nighthawks in a South West challenge on Thursday, May 16. The Nighthawks enter the challenge with a record of 11-3.
The Lancers (2-11) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Paul Catholic (Bristol, CT). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 10-5 record. In their last challenge, St. Paul Catholic was overwhelmed by Somers (Somers, CT), 9-7, in a non-league challenge.
