Wisconsin High School Baseball - Columbus Catholic loses to McDonell Central
May 13, 2025: Marshfield, WI 54449 McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Columbus Catholic Dons (Marshfield, WI), 5-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, McDonell Central advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Macks host Shell Lake (Shell Lake, WI) to battle the Lakers in a non-league match on Friday, May 16. The Lakers come into the match with a record of 7-3. Shell Lake won 14-4 in their recent league match against Unity (Balsam Lake, WI)
The Dons now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Osseo-Fairchild for a non-league match on Thursday, May 15. Columbus Catholic will battle a Thunder squad coming off a 11-4 league win over Melrose-Mindoro (Melrose, WI). The Thunder record now stands at 12-4.
