In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Covington Buccs baseball team scored a close 5-1 win over the Riverside Pirates.

The Buccs (11-10) will now prepare for their game against Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 7-12 record. In their last game, Twin Valley South nudged Tri-Village (New Madison, OH), 6-2, in a league game.
