May 13, 2025: Newark, NJ 07105 In Tuesday's non-league bout, the East Side Red Raiders (Newark, NJ) baseball squad the visiting Tech Panthers (Newark, NJ), by a margin of 7-5.
The Red Raiders now hold a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they host Payne Tech for a SEC - Colonial test on Wednesday, May 14. East Side will play a Lions team coming off a 19-0 league win over East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 10-5.
With the defeat, Tech drops to 9-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Weequahic (Newark, NJ) to play the Indians in a SEC - Independence test on Wednesday, May 14. The Indians go into the test with a record of 2-8.
