May 13, 2025: Morganton, NC 28655 The NCSSM: Morganton Dragons soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Piedmont Classical Bobcats to 0 in the Dragons non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Dragons now possess a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Elkin for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 15. NCSSM: Morganton will play a Buckin' Elks squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Avery County (Newland, NC). The Buckin' Elks record now stands at 13-5.
With the loss, Piedmont Classical moves to 4-9 on the year.
