May 13, 2025: Moose Lake, MN 55767 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines softball team scored a nice 13-2 win over the Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels.
The Wolverines (14-3) will now prepare for their match against North Branch (North Branch, MN). The Vikings come into the non-league match with a 6-9 record. In their last match, North Branch was routed by St. Francis (St. Francis, MN), 5-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Rebels confront the Denfeld Hunters (Duluth, MN) in a non-league match, on Friday, May 16. Moose Lake/Willow River will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Hunters come into the match with a 1-15 record after their 10-7 non-league loss to Esko (Esko, MN).
