May 14, 2021: Ottawa, IL 61350 Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Marquette Crusaders (Ottawa, IL) and the visiting Newark Norsemen (Newark, IL), saw Marquette's baseball squad knock off Newark by a count of 9-0.
Coming up next, the Crusaders play the Dwight Trojans (Dwight, IL) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 19. Marquette will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 3-8 record after their 15-9 league loss to Watseka (Watseka, IL).
