Connecticut High School Volleyball - Pomperaug over Wolcott RVT

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Wolcott RVT Wildcats (Torrington, CT), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Panthers face the Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT) in a South-West contest, on Wednesday, May 15. Pomperaug will attempt to better on its 10-6 season record. The Nighthawks go into the contest with a 13-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Joel Barlow (Redding, CT).

With the loss, Wolcott RVT moves to 16-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Norwich RVT (Norwich, CT) to face the Warriors in a non-league contest on Friday, May 17.
