Maine High School Lacrosse - Sanford can't get by Wells
May 14, 2024: Wells, ME 04090 In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Wells Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Sanford Spartans.
The Warriors now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Traip for a Class C test on Thursday, May 16. Wells will face a Rangers squad coming off a 12-6 league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Rangers record now stands at 6-3.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME) in a Class A test, on Thursday, May 16. Sanford will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Rams come into the test with a 7-3 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Westbrook (Westbrook, ME).
