Connecticut High School Softball - Goodwin Tech bounces Grasso Tech
May 14, 2025: Groton, CT 06340 The Goodwin Tech Gladiators (New Britain, CT) softball routed the host Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT), 15-0 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Gladiators now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy of Science and Innovation for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 15. Goodwin Tech will encounter a Ravens team coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to Civic Leadership (Enfield, CT). The Ravens record now stands at 2-5.
With the loss, Grasso Tech moves to 0-7 on the season. The Eagles travel to Windham RVT (Willimantic, CT) to encounter the Mighty Tigers in a Connecticut Tech outing on Thursday, May 15. The Mighty Tigers come into the outing with a record of 7-6. Windham RVT won 19-5 in their recent league outing against Vinal RVT (Middletown, CT)
