New York High School Softball - Phoenix bounces Homer
May 14, 2025: Phoenix, NY 13135 The Phoenix Firebirds (Phoenix, NY) softball routed the visiting Homer Trojans (Homer, NY), 15-2 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Firebirds now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canastota for a non-league outing on Friday, May 16. Phoenix will encounter a Red Raiders team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Vernon-Verona-Sherrill (Verona, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 8-7.
