The Barberton Magics baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Northwest Indians to 5 in the Magics non-league win on Thursday.

The Magics now own a 4-16 record. They take the field next when they host Highland for a Suburban - American test on Friday, May 15. Barberton will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 10-0 league win over Copley (Copley, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 14-2.

With the defeat, Northwest drops to 6-13 on the year. The Indians travel to Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH) to clash with the Rockets in a non-league test on Monday, May 18.
