Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA), saw Branham's baseball squad beat Hillsdale by a margin of 9-2.

Coming up next, the Bruins play the Santa Teresa Saints (San Jose, CA) in a Mount Hamilton battle, on Tuesday, May 18. Branham will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Saints enter the battle with a 6-9 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Silver Creek (San Jose, CA).
