In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Branham Bruins softball team scored a close 12-9 win over the Valley Christian Warriors.

Coming up next, the Bruins battle the Silver Creek Raiders (San Jose, CA) in a Mount Hamilton outing, on Monday, May 17. Branham will attempt to upgrade on its 14-2 season record. The Raiders enter the outing with a 8-4 record after their 5-3 league loss to Pioneer (San Jose, CA).
