The Northwest Area Rangers baseball team (Shickshinny, PA), was overwhelmed 20-3 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA)

The Hawkeyes now hold a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delaware Valley for a non-league outing on Thursday, May 18. Hanover Area will confront a Warriors team coming off a 10-9 league loss to Valley View (Archbald, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-11.

Next, the Rangers confront the Susquehanna Sabers (Susquehanna, PA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 16. Northwest Area will attempt to advance on its 9-10 season record. The Sabers go into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 16-5 league loss to Elk Lake (Dimock, PA).
