Connecticut High School Volleyball - Cheshire tips Pomperaug

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) and the host Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT), saw Cheshire's volleyball team tip Pomperaug by a count of 3-2.

The Rams now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southington for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 16. Cheshire will meet a Blue Knights team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT). The Blue Knights record now stands at 15-2.

The Panthers (12-6) will now prepare for their game against Shelton (Shelton, CT). The Gaels enter the game with a 12-5 record. In their last game, Shelton nipped Joel Barlow (Redding, CT), 3-2, in a league game.
