In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Rockbridge County Wildcats lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 victory over the William Byrd Terriers.

The Wildcats now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Christiansburg for a River Ridge test on Thursday, May 16. Rockbridge County will face a Blue Demons squad coming off a 23-0 league loss to Salem (Salem, VA). The Blue Demons record now stands at 0-10.
