Tennessee High School Soccer - Westminster Academy held off by Battle Ground Academy
May 15, 2024: Franklin, TN 37069 The Battle Ground Academy Wildcats held off the visiting Westminster Academy Defenders soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league match.
The Wildcats now sport a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Boyd-Buchanan for a non-league match on Saturday, May 18. Battle Ground Academy will encounter a Buccaneers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Notre Dame (Chattanooga, TN). The Buccaneers record now stands at 12-2.
With the loss, Westminster Academy drops to 7-8 on the season.
