The Naperville North Huskies baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Neuqua Valley Wildcats to 7 in the Huskies league win on Thursday.

The Huskies now hold a 14-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Downers Grove South for a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. Naperville North will play a Mustangs team coming off a 11-0 league win over Proviso East (Maywood, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 20-10.

With the defeat, Neuqua Valley drops to 12-14 on the year. The Wildcats host Benet Academy (Lisle, IL) to play the Redwings in a non-league test on Saturday, May 17. The Redwings go into the test with a record of 18-10. Benet Academy lost 8-7 in their recent league test against Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL)
