Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Flushing Raiders (Flushing, MI), 15-5 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Notre Dame Prep advances its record to 2-0 on the season.

The Raiders now have a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grand Blanc for a non-league match on Monday, May 19. Flushing will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 17-2 non-league loss to Dow (Midland, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-7.
