Columbian Tornadoes (Tiffin, OH) backers left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Sandusky Blue Streaks (Sandusky, OH), 9-8 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Columbian upgrades its record to 10-14 on the year. The Tornadoes travel to Seneca East (Attica, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 20. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 7-10. Seneca East won 6-1 in their recent non-league game against Plymouth (Plymouth, OH)

The Blue Streaks now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they host Margaretta for a non-league game on Saturday, May 17. Sandusky will play a Polar Bears squad coming off a 15-5 non-league win over Toledo Christian (Toledo, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 6-13.
