New Jersey High School Softball - Weehawken bounces Hoboken
May 15, 2025: Hoboken, NJ 07030 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Weehawken Indians (Weehawken, NJ) and the host Hoboken Redwings (Hoboken, NJ), observed Weehawken's softball team get by Hoboken by a tally of 5-0.
The Indians (13-5) will now prepare for their bout against Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ). The Golden Bears go into the NJIC - National bout with a 7-12 record. In their last bout, Lyndhurst was routed by St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ), 11-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Redwings clash with the Whippany Park Wildcats (Whippany, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, May 20. Hoboken will attempt to advance on its 9-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 8-11 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ).
