In Thursday's league match, the host Walled Lake Northern Knights softball team scored a nice 17-2 victory over the Walled Lake Central Vikings.

The Knights (20-4) will now prepare for their match against Lakeview (Battle Creek, MI). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 8-6 record.
