May 16, 2023: Toledo, WA 98591 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA) and the visiting Ilwaco Fishermen (Ilwaco, WA), saw Toledo's softball squad achieve victory over Ilwaco by a count of 11-2.
The Indians now sport a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pe Ell/Willapa Valley for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 17. Toledo will face a squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Forks (Forks, WA). The record now stands at 14-5.
With the loss, Ilwaco falls to 6-11 on the campaign.
