New York High School Softball - Geneva gets by Wayne
May 16, 2024: Geneva, NY 14456 The Geneva Panthers (Geneva, NY) softball nipped the visiting Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY), 5-4 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY). The Red Raiders go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Palmyra-Macedon held off Newark (Newark, NY), 36-18, in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomfield for a non-league bout on Friday, May 17.
