In Thursday's league test, the visiting Barrington Eagles lacrosse squad scored a good 18-7 victory over the Portsmouth Patriots.

The Eagles now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host North Kingstown for a Division 1 (State) test on Monday, May 20. Barrington will face a Skippers squad coming off a 17-9 league loss to Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI). The Skippers record now stands at 4-7.

In their next game, the Patriots face the Moses Brown Quakers (Providence, RI) in a Division 1 (State) test, on Monday, May 20. Portsmouth will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Quakers come into the test with a 10-4 record after their 17-1 league loss to La Salle Academy (Providence, RI).
