Maine High School Lacrosse - Erskine Academy drops to Maranacook
May 16, 2025: Readfield, ME 04355 Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME), 15-7 in a league battle.
With the victory, Maranacook advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Black Bears host Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Monday, May 19. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 9-0. Mt. Ararat won 12-5 in their recent non-league battle against Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME)
The Eagles now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Dominic for a Class C battle on Monday, May 19.
